Information entered
This notice covers this shared preview, not Envato’s marketplace or a buyer’s future deployment. The preview receives the account, organization, candidate, application, file, and import information you enter. Use fictional information only; shared demo accounts provide other visitors access to their workspace records.
Browser storage
Your browser stores the session token and appearance/sidebar preferences locally and the selected language in a cookie. The template does not configure analytics. Hosting infrastructure processes connection information such as IP addresses and request timestamps for delivery and security.
Lite API and files
The preview keeps recruitment metadata, registered accounts, and uploaded file bytes in API process memory. They reset when the API restarts. Session state is kept in a server file; tokens are valid for up to 24 hours or until logout.
How the demo uses data
Entered information demonstrates recruitment workflows. Screening scores are seeded samples; the assistant uses deterministic rules. Application email is disabled. Uploads are not sent to a live AI provider or scored. This preview uses memory file storage, with no S3 or MinIO integration enabled.
Retention and deletion
Demo records and file bytes remain until deleted through an available workflow or until the API restarts. This preview does not define an application-level hosting-log retention schedule. Contact developer@heyloomora.com about accidentally entered information; describe the record without sending another copy of a sensitive file.
