Connection issues

Ensure the Lite API is running, NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URL includes /api/v1, and ALLOWED_ORIGINS includes the frontend origin.

Demo account

Use the demo-account buttons on the login screen. Data is embedded in the Lite binary; no database seeder is required. Restarting the API restores the sample data. Fixture-user sessions remain valid for 24 hours when SESSION_FILE persists.

Reporting an issue

Include the affected page, reproduction steps, expected result, and response request_id when available. Remove personal information and secrets from logs. For the supported ThemeForest item, six months of included help covers included features and reported defects; optional Envato support extension is separate from installation/customization services. Contact the support address shown in the product footer or buyer guide. Hosting and provider subscriptions are separate costs.
